. Subcontractor on behalf of ASK’EVENT Communication and event agency (www.askevent.net) in Tunisia.

.Take the briefing during a privileged interview with the client and ensure the identification of the client’s needs.

. Managing a team of seven Designer ,Scenographer .

. Create alone or in collaboration decorations and / or scenography.

. Design and create stands in view of budget and time constraints.

. Assist the 3d team for 3D design and rendering with image editing on photoshop.

. Provide technical and logistical recommendations for the development of the project.

. Study and verify technical feasibility.

. Designing back-planning, preparing and facilitating meetings both internally and externally.

. Governing the setting up of the event.

. Supervise and coordinate the work of providers.

. Anticipate, decide, and intervene in case of issues.

Offer the customer materials and colors in accordance with his graphic charter

Choosing providers and negotiating rates

Take and follow orders from suppliers

Supervise the assembly of the stands and welcome the client

Event decoration with balloons “design and production”

Track Billing and Make a Global Report at Closing
